Marg is a career guidance tool that helps high school students understand their aptitudes and strengths and make optimal and informed choices of the courses and careers that they wish to pursue. The critical importance of career planning : 95% of students in high school in India select their stream in the 11th grade without fully understanding the employment opportunities or career options that the course offers, or their own aptitude for them. As a result., about a third of them end up being dissatisfied both with their course and subsequently their jobs.
Marg is an online test that has four sections. It is designed to accurately analyse a student’s aptitudes, strengths and weakness, based on which it recommends choices for further education and career. Every student gets a customized report showing the three career options best suited for them.
• Improper deployment and utilisation of talent, which results in inefficiency and low productivity. Unhappy/dissatisfied workers, which creates emotional distress and social friction.

Customised for India - We developed this test keeping in mind the Indian student. Multilingual – The test is offered in six different Indian languages besides English, so that students can take the test in the language that they are most comfortable with. Affordable - We are a not for profit company. What we charge is minimal and affordable by the larger segment of Indian students in rural areas and government schools. Simple Reports - Our customized reports are simple and easily understood even by a 9th Grade student.
Our test can be taken by the student anywhere, anytime i.e at the school, home or internet café.
