You could consider taking MyNEET, a national-level preparatory exam to be conducted on January 4, 2020.

ERA Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation, has launched MyNEET, a national-level mock exam for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (an entrance exam for students aspiring to study medical courses in the country).

The Exam aims at giving candidates an experience of writing NEET in a simulated environment. MyNEET will be conducted on January 4, 2020, at around 400 centres across India.

NEET is one of the most competitive exams in the country with a success rate of only 15%. Every year over 15 lakh students attempt NEET competing for 75,000 seats in medical colleges across India.

The question in the mock exam are set by educators keeping in mind the difficulty level and complexity of NEET, according to Muralidhar, CEO, ERA Foundation. Besides, after the exam, the candidates will be given a detailed report of their performance.

MyNEET follows the same protocol as NEET, including the need to visit physical test centres for the exam and is monitored by invigilators.

The only difference is MyNEET is conducted online in these test centres, whereas the main NEET is a written exam. Registration for the exam is open till December 22, 2019.
